[ETUDE HOUSE] Color Lips-fit *See-Thru Fit Beige & Petti/Top Coat*

When I wear lipsticks I often have the problem that it doesn't last long. After drinking, eating or "licking" my lips too much the color is gone! Then I tried [ETUDE HOUSE]'s Fresh Cherry Tint a while ago and this liquid lip color held longer on my lips than a normal lipstick. Therefore, I had to get one of the new Color Lips-fit lip tints as well. My color choice was #BE101 See-Thru Fit Beige and #WH901 Petti & Top Coat.
There are six (6) more colors available!

Description (Lip Tint): This is a revolutionary liquid type Lipstick that moistly glides onto lips with its vivid color and finishes off with a weightless powdery texture.
Description (Top Coat): This is a revolutionary 2-in-1 Lip Gloss with a non-sticky texture, providing a priming effect before lipstick and moist coating effect after lipstick to express vivid and shiny lips.

Each product comes inside a pink-colored paper box with the Korean and English description on it. Inside the box is the bottle which is made of glass, contains 10g and has a white twist-off lid. The applicator is attached on the lid.

The applicator is very soft and flexible. The lip tints come with a sweet scent - kinda fruity or bubblegum-like.

How to apply them?
#WH901 Petti & Top Coat:

As Undercoat: Apply onto clean lips. Apply desired color of Color Lips-fit. More natural gradation lips possible when applied onto center of lower lips.
As Topcoat: After Color Lips-fit is completely dry (approx. 60 seconds after application) apply a layer for light and clear gloss.

#BE101 See-Thru Fit Beige:
Shake well before use then apply smoothly with tip. Lightly dap onto center of lips for gradation. Delicately apply for full cover.
For moist gloss apply a layer of WH901 after color!

The Color Lips-fit products are easy to apply. My lips feel moisturized and the color is bold enough. The colored lip tints leave a powdery, matte finish what I like. If I want it more glossy I apply the clear top/undercoat over it which is non-sticky at all.
What I don't like too much is the color of the beige itself. I love beige lip colors but this one is just not the kind of beige I expected. Its color goes more into orange with a hint of pink and well...beige. That's why I apply it only on the center of my lips and spread it.

I like the Color Lips-fit tints and might get one of the pink shades (PK001 or PK003), too. 

But maybe I will even try those Rosy tint Lips instead.

What I love: 
The moisturizing feeling and matte finish. The fruity scent is also nice! 

What I don’t like: 
The beige shade could be more (light) beige. 

Will I buy this again? Only in another shade or maybe even the Rosy tint Lips instead!

My favorite lip balms aren't from Asia but from the USA: The eos (evolution of smooth) - Sphere Lip Balms. I just love these natural lip balms and got three (3) flavours: Honeysuckle Honeydew, Sweet Mint & Tangerine (Medicated).
I purchased them in Hong Kong/ Taiwan but they're made in USA!

Sweet Mint

The lip balms have a off white/ yellowish color but go on completely clear. They are very smooth and glide easily on my lips. I like the round shape a lot!!

The scents are so-so... My favorite atm is Honeysuckle Honeydew. It has a slight honeydew (melon) scent and tastes very sweet/ sugary.

Sweet Mint got that minty scent and a cooling effect. 

The Tangerine one doesn't have a very strong scent. I expected something more fruity or citrus-like but I barely can smell tangerine out of it. Maybe because it's medicated?!

How to use: Apply to lips as often as needed!

The scents are not always the best but I still like the balms.

Ok, the review today is about a lippie I got awhile ago: the Aqua Muse Watery Lipstick from [Holika Holika] in #OR205 Pastel Orange.

You can choose from 8 different colors:

- Pastel Orange

- Dewy Coral

- Pink Mode

- Aqua Heaven

- Fairy Red

- Milk Pink

- Angel Peach

- Rose Fever

Description: Provides sense of moisture to lips rather than oily. Express clear and pure lips like formed drop of water.

The packaging is kept in a pretty combination of blue & violet shades. I love these colors!

On the box you also find a short description in English, the rest is in Korean.

The twist-up container is 'octagonal' and in a light pearl violet. I can't find out the NET wt. but it's surely the same as from other lipsticks (around 4g).

I purchased #OR205 Pastel Orange which is the brighter orange shade in this lipstick line. I got it coz I wanted a color for my nude-look and I thought this might be good for that.

These orange shade is pale and reminds me of my tangerine clarisonic Mia. It's almost the same color! You can build the color in layers but it's not very opaque.

The consistency is very soft & creamy, kinda watery as well. I have some problems to apply the lipstick evenly to my lips, plus it sinks a bit into my chapped skin. Therefore, I need to peel my lips before using this lipstick.

The Aqua Muse Watery Lipstick does moisturize quite well and doesn't give my lips a matte finish. It's not super glossy but still nice. It also has a few shimmer inside but that's barely visible.

The scent is ok, not very noticeable but the taste is weird. A sorta soapy taste!

Applied around 3~5 layers!

How to use: Line the lips and fill the color from center.

What I don’t like: 

The soapy taste and that it's hard to apply the color evenly.

Will I buy this again? No! [Holika Holika] released a 'heart-shaped' lippie - I would try out that one instead.

[Holika Holika] Aqua Petit Jelly Tint Bar *Cherry Kiss*

Today I wanna review a lippie I got some month ago already. Actually, it isn't a lipstick - it's a tint bar. To be more exact, the Aqua Petit Jelly Tint Bar! This tint bar from [Holika Holika] is available in three (3) colors: 01 Cherry Kiss, 02 Orange Kiss and 03 Pink Plumping.

I got 01 Cherry Kiss because it was the most interesting one for me.

From the Aqua Petit Jelly line are also BB Creams, Eyeshadows, Lip Tints and a Make up Fixer available.

Description: Sweet! Refreshing! Bouncy!

Has jelly-like acid color helping lips look lively and contains mint water and marine jelly making resilient jelly lips.

 The packaging is kept in a very nice mint green & blue and has the description in English and Korean on it.

The Tint Bar itself is housed in a mint green twist-up container with pink lettering. I really like the color combination! The content is 3.5 g!

I purchased 01 Cherry Kiss which seemed to be the darkest of the colors they offer.

The color of the Tint Bar is a reddish-pink with some shimmer inside. It's also a bit translucent!

Cherry Kiss got the fruity scent of cherries which I like.

The description on the packaging says that 01 Cherry Kiss and 02 Orange Kiss is good for vivid color expression while 03 Pink Plumping is great for maximum plumping effect on your lips. 

When I apply the Tint Bar to my lips the color is barely visible at the beginning. I need a few layers to see the pink on my lips. The slightly cooling sensation I get coz of the mint inside is nice (it tastes like mint as well).

The color of Cherry Kiss is actually brighter as you would guess from the Tint Bar.

I like that it makes my lips smooth but the color could be more visible.

Therefore, if you like a colorful lip make-up I don't recommend this product but if you prefer a natural make-up than you can try out the Aqua Petit Jelly Tint Bar.

You can see that the color looks rather naturally. It gives my lips a hint of pink color without much glitter or gloss!

How to use: Apply tint bar onto the middle area of your lips to be melted by body temp and evenly spread from center out to edge of your lips.

Tint bar will color your lips 5 sec. after applying and will make smooth and bouncy lips without wrinkles.

There is nothing I really love about this product!

What I don’t like: 

I have to apply many layers to get the pink color.

Will I buy this again? No, I won't! I prefer lippies or glosses.
