[ETUDE HOUSE] MILKY you *CLEANSING MILK* & Every Month Soft & Moist *CLEANSING CREAM*

Removing make-up before going to sleep is very important and I constantly get new make-up removing products. I liked to use cleansing wipes but those irritated my skin (especially around my eye area) too much. I switched over to cleansing oils, creams and lotions and am currently using the [BeautyMate] Cherry Blossom Deep Cleansing Oil from Taiwan. It removes light and heavy make-up without blocking the skin pores. From this line is also a Mousse Cleanser, Moisturizing Peeling Gel and Moisturizing Lotion available.

Furthermore, I already purchased a few more cleanser in the past weeks: the MILKY you CLEANSING MILK and the Every Month Soft & Moist CLEANSING CREAM from [ETUDE HOUSE]. The next make-up remover I will get is [SKINFOOD]'s Milk Coconut Jam....

MILKY you CLEANSING MILK:
Description: Rich in nourishing oils, this emulsion type Cleansing Milk instantly cleanses off skin impurities and even heavy make-up, leaving the complexion soft, clean, and feeling moisturized.
The cleansing milk comes inside a whitish, slightly translucent plastic bottle, contains 200ml and has a pump on top for easy dispense.
The MILKY you line consists of: CLEANSING MILK, CLEANSING FOAM, ONE STEP CLEANSING FOAM (can be used as make-up remover on dry skin or as foam on wet skin) and BABY MILK WATER (need to be mixed with normal water).
I got samples of the ONE STEP CLEANSING FOAM and I didn't like that one a lot - anyway not as make-up remover.
The CLEANSING MILK contains Milk Lipids, Milk Protein Extract, Glycerin, Lactic Acid (Natural Milk Acid), Water, Mineral Oil, Alcohol Denat, Silica, Fragrance and more.

Every Month CLEANSING CREAM ~Soft & Moist~:
Description: This cleansing cream removes impurities you usually cannot remove when you're busy, containing 12 kinds of moist ingredients.
The Every Month CLEANSING CREAM is available as two (2) kinds: Moisture & Revitalizing and Soft & Moist. I got the latter one because I wanted a cleanser that dosn't dry out my skin.
On eBay I just saw that [ETUDE HOUSE] also released Every Month CLEANSING FOAMS: 12 different kinds to be more exact - one for each month! I will order right now #3 Apple & Tomato (Tone Clarifying), #6 Tea Tree (Trouble Care) and #10 Green Vegetables (Clean Moisture).
The cleansing cream comes inside a beige-colored tube, contains 180ml and has a white flip-top lid. You need to squeeze the tube to get the product out.
Every kind has different main ingredients inside. Soft & Moist contains Saussurea Involucrata Extract, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Lavender Oil, Rosa Canina Flower Oil, Prunus Mume Fruit Extract, Brussels Sprout Extract, Broccoli Sprout Extract, Rapesed Sprout Extract, Shea Butter, Rice Bran Oil, Avocado Oil, Nelumbo Nucifera Germ Extract, Orange Oil, Cucumber Fruit Extract, Sesame Seed Oil, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Extract, raiensis Seed Oil, Sunflower Sprout Extract, Apricot Kernel Oil, Pinus KoSoybean Oil, Walnut Seed Extract, Soybean Sterols, Water, Minearl Oil, Fragrance and some more.

Both make-up remover have a white color while the consistency of the MILKY you CLEANSING MILK is not as thick and creamy as the Every Month one.
The scents are nice and not overpowering.
In make-up removing they both do a very good job. They remove even waterproof make-up but might have some little problems with removing mascara properly. But after washing the face with a cleansing foam even those are gone.
Afterwards my face doesn't feel dry what I like a lot!

Price: About US$17 (MILKY you), US$9 (Every Month), US$15 (BeautyMate)
Bought at: eBay (rubyruby76, f2plus1), YESSTYLE

[ETUDE HOUSE] Eraser Show Cleansing Serum

The last cleansing cream I used was [i.myss]'s AQUA MARINE SOFT CLEANSING CREAM. It was a good make-up remover and didn't dry out my skin. It came in a 200ml tube and contains deep sea water and marine collagen.
From [i.myss]'s AQUA MARINE line is also a CLEANSING FOAM and MILD CLEANSING OIL available .

A while ago [ETUDE HOUSE] also released a make-up remover line: Eraser Show. The following products belong to this product range:
- Eye Remover Tissues
- Cleansing Serum

- Line Remover Stick
- Mascara Cleaner
- Remover Bar

I wanted a make-up remover for the whole face and so I got the Eraser Show Cleansing Serum.

Description: Infused with Argan Oil and Aloe Vera Leaf extract, this serum-like cleanser soothes and moisturizes skin while melting away all makeup, including eye makeup, leaving skin soft, and feeling refreshed and clean.

The cleanser comes in a flat tube which is kept in white, blue and pink colors.
It has a twist-off lid and contains 75ml.
On the back you can find the description in korean as well as in english.
The main ingredients are Argan Oil and Aloe Vera. Both ingredients take care of your eye lashes and keep your skin smooth.

The cleansing serum has a white color and its consistency is not as creamy as cleansing creams. It comes with a soft scent and the tube makes it very easy to squeeze out a proper amount. I like those tubes more than cleansing creams in a jar.
 From top to bottom:
BB cream, eyeshadow, blush, liquid eyeliner, eyeliner pencil, mascara, lipstick, lip gloss
Applying the cleansing serum on dry skin (pic above) and massage it onto my skin (pic below).
After massaging it onto my skin I can still see the liquid eyeliner and lip gloss (pic above) but after removing the residues with a tissue everything was gone (pic below).
[ETUDE HOUSE]'s Eraser Show Cleansing Serum removes my make-up quite well, even eye make-up. It takes a bit longer to remove eye make-up but at the end it was gone, too.
I never remove residues with a tissue, though. I wash it off with warm water and cleanse my face with a cleansing foam.
75ml might not last for a long time (for me) since I tend to use too much product to make sure all make-up is gone.
How to use: Massage onto dry skin, including eye area. Rinse well with warm water.

Price: around 9,- €/ US$11
Bought at: eBay (rubyruby76)

What I love:
It removes make-up quite well and has a soft scent.

What I don’t like:
The tube doesn't contain a lot of product... wish it would be bigger.

Will I buy this again? No, I will get another cleansing cream or oil.

[Holika Holika] Gonyak Soft *JELLY in Cleansing Cream*

Within the last few month [Holika Holika] released some new product lines. One of these is the Gonyak Soft line, whose products are good for dry and sensitive skin, because they are mild and moisturizing.
I got the Gonyak Soft JELLY in Cleansing Cream for make-up removal. The other available products are:
- JELLY in Cleansing Foam
- JELLY Scrub
- PERFECT Bubble Foam
- MOISTURE Cleansing Balm

Description: Mild and moisturizing cleansing with smooth konjac biz. Konjac ingredient that is excellent on hydrolysis of protein cleanses make-up impurities and pores cleanly. Stimulates skin gently and gives massage to create transparent skin.
No-petrol lithium, no-benzophenone, and no-artificial color.
The cleansing cream comes inside a pink jar, contains 150ml and has a white twist-off lid.
The entire description is in Korean only.
Underneath the lid is a second white cover to protect the product inside.
Its main ingredient is Konjac Root Extract (10%)
Compared with other cleansing creams the Gonyak Soft JELLY in Cleansing Cream doesn't have a super smooth and creamy consistency. The white texture is a a mix of cream and jelly.
You can see all the small jelly bits/ clumps inside this cleansing cream.
These jelly bits gentle massage your skin and removes the make-up.
Beside the soft texture it also has a soft and slightly sweet scent, what I really like.
After trying this cleanser out I can say that it removed my make-up very well and left my skin soft afterwards. It even removed my eye make-up without burning in my eyes.
How to use: Pour moderate amount on dry hands, and remove make-up while massaging gently all over face. Wipe off with tissue, and rinse with warm water.

Price: around 13,50,- €/ US$18
Bought at: eBay (rubyruby76)

What I love:
It removes make-up well without drying out my skin.

What I don’t like:
Nothing yet!

Will I buy this again? Maybe I will. Would also like to try out the Cleansing Foam and/ or Bubble Foam.

[Holika Holika] Soda Pore Cleansing *Light Cleansing Oil*

Last year [Holika Holika] released the Soda Pore Cleansing line which is similar to [ETUDE HOUSE]'s Baking Powder products. I already reviewed the O2 Bubble Mask and the Powder Wash. Today I'm gonna review the cleansing oil of this line: the Soda Pore Cleansing Light Cleansing Oil. This one shall be good for oily skin - it's also available as a B.B Deep Cleansing Oil (removes even waterproof make-up).

Description: Rich with Essential Fatty Acids and Vitamin E rich Grape Seed Oil. Skin feels moisturized and smooth even after cleansing.
The blueish, translucent bottle contains 150ml and is made of plastic with a sticker around it. It comes with a pump and you can find the description on the bottom (Korean only).
The Light Cleansing Oil contains some of the following ingredients:
Sparkling Water, Argan Oil: Removes make-up, BB cream and skin wastes. Deeply cleanses pores.
Grape Seed Oil: Essential Fatty Acid and Vitamin E protect the skin from external stimuli and removes skin wastes.
Lemon, Alpine Herb: Supply rich nutrients and brightens the skin tone.
Harrogate Sparkling Water: Supplies abundant minerals to the skin.
The Cleansing Oil is colorless and has a lemon/ citrus-like scent. I use 2~3 pumps and massage the oil over my whole face to remove make-up. I noticed that this oil isn't as 'runny' on my skin as other cleansing oils I tried before. It rather feels like it 'sticks' on my face like a gel...
When I get the product in my eyes it starts to burn!! That's something I don't like.
For the example pics I used the following products (left to right):
Lipgloss, Lipstick, Mascara, Kajal, Eyeshadow(s) and BB Cream.
I applied a few drops of the oil on my arm/ the make-up (pic above).
After massaging the oil onto my skin (pic below):
I removed it with a tissue and as you can see there're just a few residues of the mascara and kajal left. After I washed my arm with water it was gone as well.
How to use: Use a adequate amount and massage it over your face. Remove the residues with warm water or a cleansing foam.

Price: around 16,- €/ US$20
Bought at: eBay (BELLOGIRL)

What I love:
The oil does rather stick to my face and isn't too runny. The scent is also nice, plus it removes make-up quite well.

What I don’t like:
The product burns in my eyes. Not so good coz I use it as eye make-up remover, too.

Will I buy this again? No, will try other ones (as always).

[ETUDE HOUSE] BAKING POWDER Pore Cleansing Cream

In 2010/2011 [ETUDE HOUSE] released their BAKING POWDER line which cleanses deep inside pores. I got some samples of the Pore Cleansing Foam but never purchased a full size because last year [Holika Holika] released with their Soda Pore Cleansing line some similar products.
Nevertheless, I ordered the BAKING POWDER Pore Cleansing Cream for removing make-up a few weeks ago which I will review now. I'm also waiting for the new Cleansing Foam Moist!

Products available in this line:
- Pore Cleansing Foam
- B.B Deep Cleansing Foam
- Pore Cleansing Powder Wash
- Crunch Pore Scrub
- Pore Cleansing Cream
- Pore Cleansing Lotion
- Pore Cleansing Mineral Water
- Pore Cleansing Tissues (Oil Type)
- Cleansing Foam Moist *New*

Description: Formulated with baking powder to gently exfoliate skin with a cream texture and penetrate pores to absorb oil and residues for a thorough cleanse.
The round plastic container is white with a blue sticker on it and contains 180ml. The description is in English and Korean on it.
The twist-off lid is light blue! Underneath the lid was a thin cover to protect the cream but I removed it already.
The Pore Cleansing Cream has a very soft & creamy consistency and a white color.
Although this product contains baking powder it doesn't has any harsh particles inside like the cleansing foam does. I love the citrus scent which you can smell in almost all BAKING POWDER products!
What I don't like again is that I need to dip my fingers in the product to get the cream out.

Not very hygienic!!
This make-up removing cream does a good job even though it didn't remove my mascara and liquid eyeliner completely. But after washing my face with cleansing foam/ water it was all gone.
I also noticed that the product gets a bit oily after massaging it over my skin.
I was using for example (from left to right):
Tear Drop Liner, Eyeshadow, Eyebrow Concealer, Liquid Eyeliner, Lip Gloss, Lipstick, Mascara & BB Cream
After massaging the Cleansing Cream over the make-up (pic above) and after wiping the residues off with a tissue (pic below).
How to use: Use hands to dispense cream. Apply cream to dry facial surface and massage until makeup is disolved. Wipe off face with facial pad/ tissues and wash with cleansing foam and water.

Price: around 8,- €/ US$10
Bought at: eBay (rubyruby76)

What I love:
The creamy texture and citrus scent!

What I don’t like:
There is nothing I don't like yet. Other cleansing creams/ oils worked a bit better on me but it still removes make-up very well.

Will I buy this again? I would like to try out the Cleansing Lotion and Cleansing Mineral Water.
