[SKINFOOD] Choco Smoky Nail Kit *Chic Brown*

Long time ago I owned quite a lot of nail polishes. I loved to buy different colors especially during summer time when I also could show my feets. But around 2 years ago I stopped to buy these because my previous job in Australia didn't allow to wear nail polish or to have long nails. And now I go to a nail studio to get my nails done!
I know that korean brands offer a lot of nice polishes but I think they would look weird on my 'nail studio made' gel nails. Anyway, I still couldn't resist to get at least two nail polish sets. One of them is the Choco Smoky Nail Kit from [SKINFOOD]. I got the Kit in #1 Chic Brown.
In one of my previous posts I reviewed already the Lipgloss and Mascara from this product line. The Nail Kit is also available in #2 Warm Brown which contains 3 different brown shades.

Description: The Chocolate Makes You more Sweet & Deep.
Use this nail kit to create a chocolate-smooth smoky nails.
The Choco Smoky Nail Kit is rather small and the packaging is brown & beige. Inside the box are the nail polish bottles. These bottles are translucent with a dark brown lid and a brush applicator. Each bottle contains 4.5ml!
The bottles got a number on each back: #1 (Base Coat), #2 (Middle Coat) and #3 (Top Coat).
#1 Base Coat (Pale gray): This color is called 'Pale gray' but for me it looks more like a beige-brown with silver shimmer. Apply this color to your whole nail and let it dry.
#2 Middle Coat (Light gray): Apply the gray-brown color over the Base Coat to 1/2 (half) of your nails and let it dry as well. This color has silver shimmer, too.
#3 Top Coat (Dark chocolate): 'Dark chocolate' looks like a gray and also has silver shimmer in it. Apply this Top Coat to your nail tips.
I'm not perfect in applying nail polishes but I tried it to show you some examples:
I can say that I like the idea of those nail kits and I like these colors, too. But I also think they look a bit weird on me. Maybe because I'm not used to wear brown/ gray nail polish. I usually wear bright colors like pastel pink, blue, green, beige or just my white (french) tips.

Price: around 9,- €/ US$11.50
Bought at: eBay (zinopark)

What I love:
3 colors in one box!

What I don’t like:
There is nothing I don't like except the strong nail polish scent which gives me headache.

Will I buy this again? No, I don't think so.

[ETUDE HOUSE] Vita-Foam mini *Bite Me*

I never use all my facial cleanser at the same time. I always wait until I finished one and then go over to the next one. Within the last months I purchased quite a lot of foam/ bubble cleansers for both morning and evening cleansing. Since every tube last me for at least 3 month I hope I can finish all before they expire.
A few days ago I finally finished the 'Happy Teatime Milk Tea Cleansing Foam' and now started to use the Vita-Foam mini. It's from [ETUDE HOUSE] as well.

These 'Vita-Foam mini Cleansing Foams' are available in different types:
- Genius You (Vitamin C)
- Let's Play (Vitamin B3)
- Be Pretty (Vitamin A)
- Bite Me (Vitamin E)
- Good Night (Vitamin B5)

I couldn't decide first if I should get Be Pretty, Bite Me or Good Night. At the end I purchased Bite Me because it shall promote a healthy skin and the Vitamin E makes the skin smooth.

Description: Vitamin E & Orange Fragrance
Vitamin formulated facial foam cleanser supllies a thorough cleanse with a pleasant scent.
Each type comes in a different color. Bite Me has a orange tube with a cupcake print and a white lid. The tube is small and contains just 60ml. That's good for traveling or just for trying the product out without buying a super big tube.
The consistency is thick and creamy. The scent is very strong and smells like sweet orange lemonade (?) and not much like those real fruits.
I use this cleanser only in the morning and would like to get 'Be Pretty' and 'Good Night' as well.

How to use: Apply to wet face and lather. Massage thoroughly and rinse with warm water.

Price: around 6,- €/ US$8
Bought at: eBay (rubyruby76)

What I love:
The small sice!

What I don’t like:
The orange scent is too 'fake' for me.

Will I buy this again? Would buy the other ones first!

[ETUDE HOUSE] LUCIDarling Fantastic Rouge Gloss *Soft Mauve*

I was always curious about purple lip colours but I never dare to purchase one. I scare too much that the color might be too strong and looks weird on me. I prefer the 'Nude-Look' and as soon as I wear a darker color I think I look like a clown.
However, last time I found a Lipgloss that looked purple but not too much, though. Of course I had to get it! I'm talking about the LUCIDarling Fantastic Rouge Gloss in #7 Soft Mauve by [ETUDE HOUSE].

You can get the following colors:
- #1 Party Red
- #2 Orange Punch
- #3 1000 Pixel Milky Pink
- #4 Candy Pink
- #5 1000 Pixel Coral
- #6 Skin Brown
- #7 Soft Mauve
- #8 Wine Cocktail
- #9 Golden Volume

Description: Makeup Line Promotes LED (Light Emitting Diode) Color, Radiance and Clarity to Makeup Expression. Liquid lipstick formulated with LED Pixel Pigment for brilliant expression and shine.
It comes in a nice packaging! It looks metallic silver with pink/ violet shades. Actually, not very easy to describe.
The translucent bottle contains 4.5g and got a dark lid with a sponge applicator. The applicator is flexible and called 'hybrid tip'.
#7 Soft Mauve is a medium-dark pink with a hint of voilet and some fine purple shimmer.
The coverage is quite good for a lip gloss but it feels a little bit sticky. The gloss also doesn't have a very strong scent.
This color isn't bad even though it's not as purple as I wished it would be. Maybe I should just get one of those purple lipglosses from the 'Roll Roll Gloss' line.
Did you guys try a purple/ violet lipstick or gloss? What you think about these colors??

How to use: Use hybrid tip to gather and apply liquid lipstick evenly to lips.

Price: around 8,- €/ US$10.50
Bought at: eBay (rubyruby76)

What I love:
There is nothing I really love.

What I don’t like:
There is nothing i don't like.

Will I buy this again? No, it's still not as purple as I wished it would be. So, I would try another gloss instead.

[ETUDE HOUSE] Nymph AURA Volumer *Pure Nymph Aura & Brilliant Pearl Aura*

When I saw that [ETUDE HOUSE] released the product line called Nymph AURA I had to get something of it even though I wasn't sure if it would be the right product line for my kinda oily skin. Nevertheless I purchased the Boosting Primer and the Volumer. I review now the latter!
I got #1 Pure Nymph Aura as full size and #2 Brilliant Pearl Aura as samples.

Description: Makeup Multi-Cream maximizing the radiance and dewy glow on skin, completing flawless skin with plumped up moisture.
The packaging is light purple with the description in Korean and English.
The Volumer comes in a small pump bottle which looks pearl white with a violet pump and lid. The bottle contains 25g!
#1 Pure Nymph Aura has a slightly liquid consistency - similar to a serum or essence. It looks a bit pinkish/ red and feels kinda oily. The color isn't really visible after spreading it on my skin.
It's slightly scented as well.
This Volumer contains Macadamia Seed Oil, Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Hyaluronic Acid and more.

#2 Brilliant Pearl Aura has the same consistency as #1 but doesn't feel that oily.
It has a pearl pink color.
Just the Volumers (pic above) and mixed with BB cream (pic below):
You can see that #1 gives the BB Cream a more glowing/ wet look, while #2 seems to brighten up the BB Cream and gives a pearl shimmer. I didn't use a lot of BB Cream for the pics, though.
To be honest, I don't use the Volumer often coz I don't like to look so glowing. I got oily skin which makes me look shiny enough. So, if you also prefer the matte look I don't recommend to use this product.
But for using it just as a highlighter it's sure nice!

How to use: Apply evenly on skin with 1:3 mix of BB cream or foundation. Use foundation brush or BB brush to get perfect blending. When used for highlighting, apply on the nose, forehead and cheekbones with the Volumer alone.

Price (Full Size): around 18,- €/ US$23
Bought at: eBay (BELLOGIRL)

What I love:
There is nothing I really love.

What I don’t like:
It feels oily somehow. Not very good for oily skin!

Will I buy this again? No, not the Volumer anyway.

[SKIN79] BB CLEANSER O2 BUBBLE

Yesterday I received another cleansing brush: The SIRIUS Skinsonic Skincare System. Actually I canceled this order because I purchased my clarisonic Mia. The shop confirmed the cancellation, refunded me but still shipped out the order the next day. I think they made a mistake. Anyway, I got the SIRIUS now for free (apart from the tax I had to pay).
In one of my next reviews I will compare the clarisonic with the SIRIUS.

So, now I review another new make-up remover: the BB CLEANSER from [SKIN79]. I have to say that I'm not a big fan of this brand -same goes for MISSHA- and just own 1-2 items. But I got a face mask which also works with O2 Bubbles. That's why I wanted to try out this cleanser.

Description: With it's microscopic bubble particles delivering oxygen to the skin, the Bubble Cleanser costumized for BB cream users allows deep cleansing of the skin, removing any dead skin cells and make-up residues without skin irritation, such that no further washing is necessary.
The Bubble Cleanser's OBFN patented complex contaiing pomegranate and fig and Maakia Fauriei Stem Extract with brightening effect purify the skin that has become irritated by environmental factors. Also, containing Chia Seed Extract that attracts moisture and Oatmeal Extract that provides ample moisture, the Bubble Cleanser keeps your skin moist and sleek, without feeling tight even after washing.
The packaging is white and pink with some bubble prints. The description is in Korean and English on the box.
The plastic container is white and pink as well. The lid is translucent pink and came sealed. The bottle has a pump and contains 100ml.
The Bubble Cleanser has a whitish gel-like consistency and is nice perfumed.
For the pics I used the following make-up (left to right):
BB cream, Lipliner, Concealer, Lipstick, Eyeliner, Eyeshadow
I used this cleanser just 1-2 times now but it's not bad. I would say that it removes my make-up very good even though I have to use quite a lot to cover my whole face.
The Bubble Cleanser is not made for removing eye or lip make-up. You should remove it before!

How to use: 1. Apply and spread over the face, except the areas arond the eyes and the mouth.
2. In one or two minutes, when there occur enough air cells, massage the face softly and then sufficiently rinse in a little warm water.

Price: around 14,- €/ US$17.50
Bought at: eBay (BELLOGIRL)

What I love:
The scent and the idea of using O2 Bubbles for cleansing the face.

What I don’t like:
It's not for removing lip and eye make-up!

Will I buy this again? I don't think so! Cleansing Oils and Creams are faster.
