[MIZON] ACENCE TEA TREE TOCK BLEMISH SPOT

When I look for something that's good for oily or blemished skin I always find 'tea tree oil'. My first tea tree products where from [THE BODY SHOP] and now I use [MIZON]'s ACENCE TEA TREE TOCK BLEMISH SPOT. It's a anti-blemish spot treatment and belongs to the ACENCE A.C CARE product line:
- MARK-X BLEMISH AFTER CREAM
- TEA TREE TOCK BLEMISH SPOT

There is also the ACENCE TROUBLE CLINIC line which consists of the following products:
- ANTI BLEMISH FOAM CLEANSER
- DERMA CLEARING TONER
- SEBUM CONTROL EMULSION
- BLEMISH SPOT SOLUTION SERUM
- BLEMISH CONTROL SOOTHING GEL CREAM
- BLEMISH OUT PINK SPOT

Actually, I also ordered the BLEMISH CONTROL SOOTHING GEL CREAM but I never received this order and the seller reshiped the wrong products. Will purchase it again for sure!

Description: A fast acting spot treatment that minimizes acne breakouts and promotes immediate healing of blemishes. High performance ingredients, such as tea tree oil is used as a strong antiseptic to kill acne related bacteria. Its anti-inflammatory benefits help to promote healing while soothing and reducing redness.

The TEA TREE TOCK BLEMISH SPOT came sealed in a clear plastic container and included an extra note with the description in english and korean on it.
The product itself comes inside a white, long plastic tube and has a twist-off lid made of thick paper. The tube contains 15ml.

Beside the main ingredient Tea Tree Leaf Oil & Extract (15%), it also contains Propolis, Salicylic Acid, Goldthread Extract, Witch Hazel Leaf Water, Lemon Extract, Allantoin, Cluster Pine Tree Peel, Cordyceps militaris and Ivy.
It's free of
Artificial Fragrance, Talc, Artificial Colors, Animal Oil, and Paraben.
I guess everybody knows that touching blemishes with your fingers might make it more worst. This treatment is colorless and has the typical tea tree scent. When drying the watery gel creates a thin film to protect skin from external stimulation and bacteria. It also can control excessive sebum!
After a while you can peel-off the film or wait until it falls off naturally.
You can't expect getting rid of acne or blemishes just by using this tea tree treatment. It helps to reduce the size of pimples without drying out the skin, though.
How to use: Apply on skin blemishes and pat lightly.
After time passes, when a thin film is created, remove it or let it fall off naturally.

Price: around 8,- €/ US$10
Bought at: eBay (f2plus1)

What I love:
It dries fast and reduces blemishes without drying my skin out.

What I don’t like:
Nothing yet!

Will I buy this again? Not sure yet!

[innisfree] jejubija anti-trouble lotion

A korean skincare brand I use recently got a product line for troubled skin as well. The [innisfree] jejubija anti-trouble line consists of the following products:
- cleansing gel
- facial foam
- skin
- lotion
- spot essence W
- spot essence R
- spot patch
- recover gel
- mist
- BB cream
For now I got the jejubija anti-trouble lotion only and use it mainly in the evening (as a moisturizer in combination with the aloe vera 92% soothing gel). I also received some samples of the spot essences which you apply on blemishes ('W' was a white essence and 'R' a green one if I'm not wrong).

Description: Enriched with torreya seed extract from pure Jeju island. Jejubija Anti-Trouble helps control blemish for clear skin.
The box, which contains the 100ml tube, is blue and white colored and printed with soy ink. The description on it is mostly in korean but got some informations in english, too.
Description: This watery moisturizing lotion helps to clear and treat troubled skin with its outstanding protection power of Jeju torreya seed oil and natural originated salicylic acid.

The tube is kept in different shades of blue and has a twist-off lid. Some ingredients inside the lotion are Water, Torreya Nucifera Seed Oil, Willow Bark Extract, Niacinamide, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Camellia Japonica Leaf Extract, Orchid Extract, Opuntia Coccinellifera Fruit Extract, Citrus Unshiu Peel Extract, Olive Oil, Alcohol, Silica, Abies Sibirica Oil, Juniperus Communis Fruit Oil, Juniperus Virginiana Oil and more.
The moisturizing lotion is watery but not too runny. It gets absorbed quite fast without leaving a greasy film on my skin. What I don't like much is the strong herbal scent. It has the same pine scent as the [ETUDE HOUSE] AC Clinic White-Trouble products.
I'm quite satisfied with this product till now even though it just fights some skin troubles. I don't think it will help people with acne-prone skin but you could give it a try. I'm still thinking about getting the cleansing gel, skin and/ or BB cream (the latter is new I guess?!).
How to use: After skin toner, apply an appropriate amount and smooth over entire face.

Price: around 14,- €/ US$17.50
Bought at: eBay (seogchae)

What I love:
It's moisturizing and non-greasy!

What I don’t like:
The strong pine scent is not my taste.

Will I buy this again? I'm still considering whether to get the cleansing gel, skin toner or BB cream. Not sure yet if I will buy the lotion again!

[SKINFOOD] Banana Concealer Stick *Light Banana*

Since foundations or face powders don't cover all skin blemishes I use a concealer, too. I have to say, that I never tried out one of these liquid concealers like the Rice Concealer from [SKINFOOD] but I want to. A few weeks ago I got the Banana Concealer Stick because I like products with banana, steam milk, chocolate etc.
I decided to get #1 Light Banana which is the brighter shade. It's also available as #2 Natural Banana for people with a darker skin tone.

Description: This soft, matte concealer stick effectively hides skin imperfections, with banana extract rich in moisture and nutrients.
The Banana Concealer Stick comes in a yellowish metal twist-up container. 1.4g are inside!
#1 Light Banana ist the brighter shade and good for those people with a lighter skin tone like me.
The following informations were found online:
A secret weapon to banish blemishes with high coverage results. Infused with banana extract to provide moisture and nutrients to the skin. Blends virtually with any foundation to help achieve a flawless looking complexion.
The concealer stick has a creamy consistency and gives a matte finish - no glitter or anything. It's easy to blend with my skin and the coverage is okay. The light beige shade fits my natural skin tone well and I love the slight banana scent.
How to use: Apply a small amount onto skin imperfection, pat gently with fingers, and finish with powder.

Price: around 8,50,- €/ US$10.70
Bought at: eBay (zinopark)

What I love:
The banana scent and it's easy to blend with my skin tone.

What I don’t like:
Nothing atm!!

Will I buy this again? Not sure, maybe try the liqiud Rice Concealer first.
