[ETUDE HOUSE] Face Conditioning CREAM

When I wear make-up it always gets oily or flaky after a few hours. Because of that I'm constantly looking for products that shall reduce sebum secretion yet are still moisturizing. 
I have used different primers and make-up fixing sprays so far but nothing really satisfied me and so I got now [ETUDE HOUSE]'s latest product: the Face Conditioning CREAM.

As far as I know there are no more products in this range!

Description: This is a quick and easy makeup boosting cream that smoothly conditions skin with its light and soft texture for a makeup-ready complexion. SPF25/PA++

The Face Conditioning CREAM comes inside a pearl-white paper box with a mirror print on the front. The description and ingredient list is also in Korean and English on the box.
The product itself is inside a white tube which contains 75g and comes with a silver twist-off lid.

Ingredients:
Beside Coconut Oil, Olive Fruit Oil and Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil it also contains Water, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Butylene Glycol, Phenyl Trimethicone, Glycerin, Cyclopentasiloxane, Arbutin, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Titanium Dioxide, Cetyl Alcohol, Cyclohexasiloxane, Sodium Hyaluronate, Silica, Lipase, Chitosan, Alcohol, Xanthan Gum, Disodium Edta, Adenosine, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance and some more.

The light-scented cream which has Whitening, Anti-Wrinkle and Skin Balancing properties has a creamy consistency and a white color. When I first saw the white cream I was afraid that it will make my face too white but when I apply just a bit and spread it well it brightens up my skin only. Asians might like the whitening effect way more I believe!

[ETUDE HOUSE] recommend to use the Face Conditioning CREAM right after using a toner when you have oily skin and after a face moisturizer when you have rather dry skin.
I have oily skin with dry areas, so I prefer to use a normal face cream before using this product.
I mainly apply it on my T Zone and till now I kinda like it. It doesn't keep my skin oil-free and moisturized for the whole day, though, but my make-up lasts longer and doesn't look as greasy as without this cream.

How to use: After applying toner, spread a certain amount of Face Conditioning Cream evenly onto face.

Will I buy this again? Not sure yet! Since I use only a little amount I think the tube might last for awhile.

[ETUDE HOUSE] SHINI STAR *Clear BB Lotion & Clear Pact*

Yesterday I received two new products: The SHINI STAR Clear BB Lotion and SHINI STAR Clear Pact. This product line by [ETUDE HOUSE] is the SHINee Special Edition. If you don't know it, SHINee are a Korean boy band.

They also released some Lip Balms and Toner/ Skin (the latter under the name 'mal:gem').

Description: Colostrum extract protects the skin from dehydration with no irritation and prevents the loss of moisture in the skin cell layer to maintain the health of skin.

4-Free System: No Paraben, No Ethanol, No Mineral Oil, No Benzophenone.

  

Clear BB Lotion (SPF20):

Description: BB Lotion moisturizing foundation promotes a moist, brightened and natural complexion look.

The SHINI STAR product line comes in cute baby pink & blue colors with some gold. On the packagings are the descriptions in Korean & English.

The Clear BB Lotion comes in a tube with a pump and 30g contents.

You can get the BB Lotion only in one shade which I would say is a light-medium beige.

The consistency is not very thick - rather lotion-like what would explain the products name: BB Lotion instead of BB Cream. It has just a light coverage, so I have to use a compact powder over it to cover skin blemishes better. The scent is not too strong!

BB Lotion contains Water, Zinc Oxide, Milk Protein Extract, Silica, Rice Extract, Sesame Seed Extract, Soybean Seed Extract, Blackberry Fruit Extract, Oat Kernel Extract, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein and other things.

Clear Pact (#1 Peach):

Description: Moist pressed powder subdues facial oil to promote soft, luminous skin.

The packaging of the Clear Pact has the same colors as the Clear BB Lotion and the powder itself is inside a round baby blue container. 10g are inside, plus a mirror and a small soft powder puff.

I was wondering first why this powder isn't available in beige shades. Anyway, I decided to get #1 Peach (Natural Skin Tone). The other color available is #2 Lavender (Splendid Skin Tone).

This powder got fine shimmer and does mainly mattify my skin. The color is barely visible so don't worry, you won't get a pinkish or violet face. The coverage is light that's why I use it over a compact powder but when my skin is in better condition I will use it alone, too.

The Clear Pact contains Talc, Silica, Corn Starch, Milk Protein Extract, Rice Extract, Sesame Seed Extract, Soybean Seed Extract, Blackberry Fruit Extract, Oat Kernel Extract and more.

I like both products but these are only good when I don't need to cover much. So, I will use them on my 'better' days. I also think these products are good for combination and oily skin coz they say it absorbs sebum.

I wore them for around 4 hours today and my skin didn't look too oily after that time. I didn't notice any breakouts yet as well!

[SKINFOOD] Rice Mask Wash off

Today I received 6 new color contact lenses from EOS and the Dolly Eye. I got some blue, green, brown, pink and dark grey ones. All Made in Korea!

I will take pics when I wear them. Probably together with the Fake Lash Reviews.

Now I review another face mask from [SKINFOOD]: the Rice Mask Wash off.

I think this mask is quite popular and I wanted to try it out as well. It's a moisturizing and brightening mask!

Description: A wash-off mask containing rice extract that moisturizes skin and brightens tone. With its texture of ground rice, it leaves skin bright, soft and lustrous. 

Like most of the [SKINFOOD] face masks this one comes in a round plastic container. These are good to stack up, what I like. It has a white lid with a simple light brown sticker on it. 

The container contains 100g!

To protect the product there is another white cover underneath the lid.

The mask itself is creamy white and contains some granules which are from the rice. 

So, this Rice Mask works slightly as a Peeling, too.
The scent is soft and a bit sweet. It reminds me always of a dessert I can get in Germany. It is called "Grießbrei" (semolina porridge) and made of rice as well. You can eat it warm or cold, with cherries or strawberries etc.

The peeling effect isn't very strong but after using the mask my skin feels smoother.
But that's all already! I don't see that it does anything else to my skin yet.

How to use: After washing, apply desired amount onto face, focusing on nose area while avoiding eye and mouth areas. Wait 10 to 15 minutes, and then wash off with warm water.

[ETUDE HOUSE] Be Clear Skin Toner

After washing my face in the morning and evening I'm always using a toner afterwards. The toner I use in the morning is currently the Be Clear Skin Toner from [ETUDE HOUSE].

When I purchased this toner I thought it's good for trouble skin and removes blackheads and so on. After I got it I saw that it is a WHITENING CARE and shall make your skin brighter. I don't really need those whitening products since my skin is pale enough for me but I'm still using it now. Maybe it helps to brightens blemishes and scars?!

The 'Be Clear' line contains:

- Cleansing Foam

- Skin Toner

- Moisturizer

- Sheet Mask

Description: Mulberry extracts and brightening A complex brightens and conditions your skin. Immediate absorption to the skin due to liposome skin formula. Leaving skin fresh and light.

The toner comes in a white glass bottle which is a bit heavy. You need to twist off the lid and 'shake' the bottle to get the product out. 150ml are inside!

The Be Clear line contains Arnica, Pineapple, Kiwi and Lady's Mantle.

It has a watery consistency which is milky white and got a very nice and soft scent. I like it!

I apply the toner with a cotton pad and it absorbs fast on my skin.

I didn't notice any brightening effect till now but as I said already: my skin is pale enough. So it doesn't really bother me.

I also got a Sample of the Moisturizer a few days ago:

The Moisturizer got SPF30 and shall make your skin brighter and silky smooth.

The consistence is rather lotion-like and my skin became instantly whiter after applying it to my face coz it left a white film on my skin like those sunscreen milks. It was a bit annoying and I needed to massage it into my skin for a while until it looked better.

The scent is the same as from the toner!
