[ETUDE HOUSE] Golden Ratio Contour Maker *Pink*

If you wonder why I sometimes write two reviews on one day, it's mainly because I start to move in a new apartment in May and I will be very busy. Because of that, I'm not sure if or when I will write reviews again. So, I try to write as many reviews as possible before May!

The second review for today is about the Golden Ratio Contour Maker in #02 Pink (Venus Angle). This 3in1 product from [ETUDE HOUSE] contains Highlighter, Blusher and Shading. You can get it in #01 Gold (Gold Angle) as well.
The other products available in the Golden Ratio line are:
- Face Glam (Gold, Pink)
- Tear Drop Powder (Gold, Brown, Khaki, Grey)

Description: Golden Ration aesthetic makeup line.
This multi-shade pressed powder supplies highlighting, shading and blusher tones.
The Contour Maker comes in a square container which is brown with golden shimmer.
It might be that the container came in another packaging as well but I can't remember and if so, I threw it away.
The square container includes a mirror, a small brush and contains 10g.
#02 Pink (Venus Angle) consists of the following color shades:
A) Highlighter: A very bright pink shade, could be a skin beige as well.
B) Blusher: A peachy pink!
C) Shading: A light-medium brown shade.
All three (3) colors contain gold shimmer!
The product also says that it contains a Sebum Control Powder.
So, how to use this multi-shade pressed powder??
Apply A) Highlighter with the brush to your T-Zone and under your eyes.
Then B) Blusher to your cheek bones. It's better when you use a bigger brush for that.
C) Shading you can apply along hairline and jaw line. I use it at my nose area to let these appear 'thinner', too.
I have to say that I don't use this Contour Maker a lot. I tried it out when I took some pics of myself but I didn't liked it much at that time. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice product but I used too much (especially of the highlighter) and my face looked too shimmering.
If I wear it outside I would use much less and then it sure looks more nice!

Price: around 14,- €/ US$18
Bought at: eBay (rubyruby76)

What I love:
There is nothing I really love yet!

What I don’t like:
It contains too much golden shimmer! I look weird when I use too much of it (especially of the highlighter).

Will I buy this again? No, I won't! I would get another highlighter, though.

[ETUDE HOUSE] LUCIDarling Fantastic Gradation Eyes *Caramel Sepia*

When it comes to eye make-up I'm always scared of too colorful eyeshadows. I don't wanna look like a clown or whatever, so I always prefer more naturally colors for everyday usage like white, beige, brown, gray or light pink. But I also own some eyeshadow palettes!
Not long ago I got one of these LUCIDarling Fantastic Gradation Eyes eye kits from [ETUDE HOUSE] and of course I got a naturally color again: #3 Caramel Sepia.

You can get nine (9) more colors:
- #1 Pinky Silver
- #2 Pink
- #4 Fully Olive Black
- #5 Golden Ratio Gold Khaki
- #6 Golden Khaki
- #7 Miss Tangerine
- #8 Miss Berry Berry
- #9 Nymph Brown Aura
- #10 Gold Pink Aura

Description: Makeup Line Promotes LED (Light Emitting Diode) Color, Radiance and Clarity to Makeup Expression. Gradation eye shades (base, main color, highlighter and liner) promote vivid eye expression.
The packaging looks chrome colored in purple and silver shades. The eyeshadows are inside a cute pearl pink container. This eye kit contains four (4) different colors with different NET weight: 2x 1,7g, 1x 2,3g and 1x 1,2g.
Inside the lid is a mirror and two (2) applicators are also included: 1x brush + big sponge applicator and 1x fine sponge/tip applicator for eye liner.
This eyeshadow kit consists of the 4 following steps:
A step) Base: The base color looks like (off)-white with some shimmer.
Use brush/tip to gather and apply makeup to entire upper eyelid area.
B step) Middle: A medium caramel brown. The shimmer seems to be a little more as in the base color.
Use brush to gather and apply color along upper eye lines.
C step) Highlighter: The silverish light pink highlighter got shimmer as well.
Use brush to gather and apply highlighter to lower eyelids.
D step) Liner: The smallest eyeshadow in this kit is the eye liner which is a dark brown with some shimmer.
Use fine tip to gather apply makeup along upper/lower eye lines.
The colors of #3 Caramel Sepia are nice but the shimmer might be too much for some people. I don't really like the liner - it does stain. The color is then always over my (double) eyelid-line where I apply the base/ main color.

Price: around 10,- €/ US$13
Bought at: eBay (rubyruby76)

What I love:
There is nothing I really love.

What I don’t like:
The liner does stain. A waterproof (liquid) eyeliner would be better.

Will I buy this again? Maybe because some other colors look nice, too.

[ETUDE HOUSE] Nymph AURA Volumer *Pure Nymph Aura & Brilliant Pearl Aura*

When I saw that [ETUDE HOUSE] released the product line called Nymph AURA I had to get something of it even though I wasn't sure if it would be the right product line for my kinda oily skin. Nevertheless I purchased the Boosting Primer and the Volumer. I review now the latter!
I got #1 Pure Nymph Aura as full size and #2 Brilliant Pearl Aura as samples.

Description: Makeup Multi-Cream maximizing the radiance and dewy glow on skin, completing flawless skin with plumped up moisture.
The packaging is light purple with the description in Korean and English.
The Volumer comes in a small pump bottle which looks pearl white with a violet pump and lid. The bottle contains 25g!
#1 Pure Nymph Aura has a slightly liquid consistency - similar to a serum or essence. It looks a bit pinkish/ red and feels kinda oily. The color isn't really visible after spreading it on my skin.
It's slightly scented as well.
This Volumer contains Macadamia Seed Oil, Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Hyaluronic Acid and more.

#2 Brilliant Pearl Aura has the same consistency as #1 but doesn't feel that oily.
It has a pearl pink color.
Just the Volumers (pic above) and mixed with BB cream (pic below):
You can see that #1 gives the BB Cream a more glowing/ wet look, while #2 seems to brighten up the BB Cream and gives a pearl shimmer. I didn't use a lot of BB Cream for the pics, though.
To be honest, I don't use the Volumer often coz I don't like to look so glowing. I got oily skin which makes me look shiny enough. So, if you also prefer the matte look I don't recommend to use this product.
But for using it just as a highlighter it's sure nice!

How to use: Apply evenly on skin with 1:3 mix of BB cream or foundation. Use foundation brush or BB brush to get perfect blending. When used for highlighting, apply on the nose, forehead and cheekbones with the Volumer alone.

Price (Full Size): around 18,- €/ US$23
Bought at: eBay (BELLOGIRL)

What I love:
There is nothing I really love.

What I don’t like:
It feels oily somehow. Not very good for oily skin!

Will I buy this again? No, not the Volumer anyway.

[ETUDE HOUSE] Wannabe Style Making Kit & Wannabe Last Touch Lip Gloss

[ETUDE HOUSE] recently released their newest Winter Collection, the Wannabe line. Btw, some of the products are Limited Editions. The illustrations feature Sandara Park (2NE1) as the Emma character by Annika Wester from Sweden.
This product line is divided in the following 3 themes:

POP
- Wannabe Shine Finishing Pact & Highlighter Duo (2 colors)

I grapped 2 of the products and thinking about getting some more. I got the Style Making Kit and one of the Last Touch Lip Glosses which I will both review now.

Wannabe Style Making Kit:
Description: Multi-makeup palette supplies diverse colors and pearl infused looks for mixing & matching. Create individualized styles without hassle. This palette contains 8 eye shadows.
2 lip & cheek creams, highlighter crea, 2 eyeliners, 2 concealers, and 4 applicators, so you can easily complete beautiful eye, lip, and cheek, makeup.
The make-up palette was a spontaneous purchase coz I own already two big eyeshadow palettes which I seldom use. I bought it because it's a Limited Edition and I missed the 'Aloha - Tropical Eyes' palette already!
This palette comes in a nice packaging which looks pink on the front and black on the back. The complete collection comes with those cute illustrations. When you fold off the packaging in the front and you will get another illustration in dark pink. To get the palette out of the packaging you have to open the side, though.
The Style Making Kit is in a matt black plastic case with the same cute prints again.
The case has the size 11,5x6cm what is not very big. So you can carry it in your bag as well.
This palette consists of 2 levels and a mirror inside the lid.
At the first (upper) level you have 2 lip & cheek creams and 8 eyeshadows:
Cream Lip & Cheek: Orange-Red
Cream Lip & Cheek: Pink
Pearl Eyeshadow: Light Pink
Pearl Eyeshadow: Violet
Pearl Eyeshadow: Gold-Brown
Pearl Eyeshadow: Silver-White
Satin Eyeshadow: Grey-Brown
Satin Eyeshadow: Brown
Satin Eyeshadow: Grey
Satin Eyeshadow: Pink
On the 2nd level you get 1 highlighter, 2 concealer, 2 eyeliner and 4 sponge/ brush applicator.
Cream Highlighter: Pearl Gold
Melty Concealer: Beige
Melty Concealer: Violet
Cream Liner: Brown
Cream Liner: Black
From left to right:
Satin Eyeshadows (Grey, Pink, Grey-Brown, Brown)
From left to right:
Pearl Eyeshadows (Light Pink, Violet, Silver-White, Gold-Brown)
From left to right:
Cream Liner (Black, Brown)
Melty Concealer (Violet, Beige)
Cream Highlighter (Pearl Gold)
Cream Lip & Cheek (Orange-Red, Pink)

Price: around 23,- €/ US$30
Bought at: eBay (zinopark)

What I love:
The design and the eyeshadows.

What I don’t like:
There is nothing I don't like on this product.

Will I buy this again? No! One time is enough I guess.

Wannabe Last Touch Lip Gloss & Freshener:
Description: Dual Gloss & Freshener supply sparkling color and romantic fragrance for enticing lips.

The Lip Gloss is available in 3 colors: Wanna Touch (Cream Beige), Wanna Love (Baby Pink) and Wanna Kiss (Coral). I decided this time to get the gloss in #2 Baby Pink.
The packaging is kept in white and pink colors with the same cute illustration as the 'Style Making Kit'. The Lip Gloss contains 5g and the Freshener 6ml. It's a 2-in-1 product!
The Lip Gloss #2 Wanna Love comes in a translucent bottle with some rose & bird prints on it. The color is a shimmering pink which doesn't have a strong coverage. I can barely see the color on my lips but it's shimmering. I like it coz it gives my lips that Nude-Look.
The consistency is not sticky, too.
Like the 'Woo~ Baby Lip Plumper' this one here has a silicone tip/ applicator which is easy to use. The scent of it is ok - not too fruity or chemical-like.

On the other side you have the Freshener which comes in a translucent bottle as well. It has some butterfly prints on it and got a metal rollerball applicator. The product itself looks pinkish and the fragrance is called 'Floral Musk'. It smells kinda strong at the beginning but after a while it gets better. It's a nice floral scent!

How to use: Roll-on to back of neck, temples, wrists, chest or any other desired area.
DO NOT APPLY FRESHENER TO YOUR LIPS!!!

Price: around 13,- €/ US$16
Bought at: eBay (zinopark)

What I love:
The color and the idea of making a 2-in-1 product.

What I don’t like:
There is nothing I don't like even though I wished the freshener would be rather a mouth freshener than a perfume.

Will I buy this again? Thinking about getting #1 Wanna Kiss (Coral).
