[baviphat] Peach All-in-one Peeling Gel

[baviphat] was one of the first korean cosmetic brands I tried out and I liked them because of their natural ingredients and cute designs. Unfortunately, I hardly find any new stuff by this brand at eBay or other shops outside Korea. And I would like to try out some things like the INDI GIRL WATER CREAM STEAM or the Sunny Lady A.C Care SUN.
Anyway, the first face peeling I got was the [baviphat] Peach All-in-one Peeling Gel. A face peeling/ scrub is necessary for me because my -sometimes- dry skin also becomes flakey.

You can also get a Lip Balm and a Waterful Cream from this Peach line.

Description: Exfoliating Effect + Pore Care + Brightening Effect
Gommage type Peeling Gel effectively removes dead skin cells and wastes inside pores by containing a natural cellulose ingredient.
Typically for [baviphat] products are the cute packaging. The All-in-one Peeling Gel comes in a round container which looks like a peach: mainly beige colored, a bit pink on top and a green leaf. The container conatins 100g and has a twist-off lid.
As some other products this one here also got a second cover to protect the Peeling Gel. The included spoon makes it easy to take out the gel, plus it's more hygienic.
The main ingredient is Peach Extract which exfoliate the skin and removes wastes. It's good for all skin types coz it doesn't contain harsh grains or beads like some other face scrubs.
The consistency is gel-like but also looks kinda clumpy. It feels like there is a lot of water inside, too. You have to apply it to your dry face and rub it off by massaging it over your skin. Then wash your face with warm water.
The All-in-one Peeling Gel shall smell like peaches but I don't like it. The fragrance this peeling left behind after washing it off my skin is slighty better, though.
The Exfoliating Effect is not the best but still ok. It removes some of my dead skin cells.
I use it when my skin is not in the condition for a more harsh facial scrub.
On the other side I'm happy that I almost finished this product coz I really don't like its scent.

How to use: After washing the face, apply suitable amount onto dry face except for eyes and lips. Gently massage the face for exfoliating, then wash it off with warm water.

Price: around 10,- €/ US$13
Bought at: eBay (BELLOGIRL)

What I love:
The design and that the peeling is gentle enough for all skin types.

What I don’t like:
The scent!!

Will I buy this again? No, I won't!

  1. I've been thinking of trying this, but I've read such conflicting reviews about it I've held off buying it.Some people say they love it,some people say it's awful,I'm not sure what to think haha xD
Also,if you don't care for the peach scent, you could try the apple peeling gel Baviphat has,too ~ http://www.ebay.com/itm/Baviphat-Apple-All-in-One-Peeling-Gel-100g-BELLOGIRL-/300666009215?pt=US_Skin_Care&hash=item460117367f
    I haven't used either of them,so I can't say how they compare,though ^^

    1. Yeah, that's true! I don't really like its scent but maybe you would like it. Maybe you can get a small sample size first?? Some seller have it at eBay. =)
I'm pretty sure I would like the Apple Peeling Gel more than the Peach one. Maybe I should give it a try! ^^

  2. Bought this one recently. I love it! Very gentle, but very effective stuff. I can’t use usual scrub (with grains that is), because my skin gets even oilier TT I don’t mind scent as long as it works ^^

  3. I really love this stuff because of how gentle it is and I love the smell. Skin is super oily all the time. >__<;

I always wondered why the product is so clumpy tho. In the USA, if you say a product is a "peeling gel" it usually means the product comes in a squeeze tube and it's liquid when it comes out. You rub it on your face and let it sit and it dries/hardens to become a solid mask that you peel off. So when I first got this product (Baviphat) I thought it was expired or something because it was already so clumpy in the tube but then I read on a blog that's how Korean peeling gel products work. xD
